Halloween is a religious celebration that means night of witches. It is celebrated on October 31 because that day, the Celts believed that the spirits could come into the living world. 

Children go from door to door in disguise as creatures from the underworld to collect treats, nuts and mainly fruit. Children also play typical games like trick-or-treating, bobbing for apples, pass the apple, guess the ghost, dress the mummy...
